Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle Races
In 2023, I participated in the Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle Races organized by Teknofest as part of the ROTEK Club. In this project, I was responsible for the battery management system, working with my teammates to ensure balanced charging and discharging of the battery. Our goal was to optimize battery performance and enhance the vehicle's efficiency. Thanks to our meticulous efforts, we succeeded in becoming finalists and qualified to compete in the race.
PLC
During my internship at 18 Mart Çan Thermal Power Plant and İşbir Electric Industry, I observed that PLCs were extensively used. My interest in Object-Oriented Programming led me to explore the use of PLCs in more complex projects. Following this, I took a PLC programming course at university, which allowed me to apply my theoretical knowledge in practice. This process was very rewarding, and now I continue to develop projects and simulate them to reinforce what I’ve learned and further improve myself.
Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle Races
In 2021, while serving as the president of IEEE BAUN, I participated in the Teknofest Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle Races for the first time. In this project, I worked with my teammates on the battery management system, focusing on improving the vehicle's energy efficiency. We aimed to ensure balanced charging and manage the discharging process to achieve optimal performance. Although we did not make it to the finals, the experience provided us with valuable lessons and allowed us to progress even stronger in subsequent projects.
